721 Fort Wayne Indiana has an instragram My daughter was following them but they blocked me from being able to see anything. My daughter was dating the managers son and when they broke up she was blocked and told not to come into the store ever again. My daughter loves American Eagle.

I purchased a pair of jeans in the Quakerbridge Mall store in NJ on 2/28 where I had stopped on my way home from work. Once I pulled the jeans out of the bag, I noticed that the security tag had not been removed.

At this point we are in the middle of the coronavirus situation and malls in NJ are closed-we were in a quarantine. So today, I traveled to the Cherry Hill Mall, which is closer to where I live, to have the tag removed. Once I got to the store, I realized that I had left my wallet in my car. The manager reported that it was policy that she had to view the receipt in order to remove the security tag.

I became a little annoyed since this has now become an inconvenience. The manager has assured me that I will not have to wait in line to get inside the store. I return to the store with my receipt and approach the manager who is standing close to the cashier area. She tells me to just get into any line and I would be taken care of.

As I walked to the line, I became annoyed because she said that she would take care of my situation and now she wants me to stand in line for something that takes 5 seconds at the most. In addition to that she was just standing in the store-she wasn't doing anything else. She suddenly remembers why I was there, and decided to remove the tag. As she began to fold my jeans to put them back into the bag, I let her know that I was not happy with services there today.

Our malls in NJ just opened on Monday, so I could not bring the jeans back any sooner, so looking at a receipt is pointless when the malls have been closed since March. In addition to that, I just had the receipt in my hand and after having me walk back to my car for the receipt, she never even looked at it. If store policy was for her to see the receipt why didn't she look at the receipt. Store #1 Quakerbridge Mall failed to remove the security tag and Store #2, at the Cherry Hill Mall had a not so helpful manager.

It was an inconvenience for me to have to even take the jeans back to the store using my gas and my time. What's even more of a disgrace is the lack of support that the customer service and the customer relations phone numbers offer. Throughout my day, I have made attempts to speak with someone in customer relations, and I have been transferred around and disconnected several times.

I even tried an online chat and was disconnected from that. I have never seen customer service so inept.

Order #004176**** Mistake

Hi, I placed an order to be picked up in stores 2 hours after ordering. I asked when my order would be ready after waiting nearly 3 hours since I got 2 confirmations (text and email) that I would be able to do curbside pick up. I was confused when I never received a message to pick up the orders, so I used the online chat to find out my orders were being shipped to my house. This was extremely misleading. If I had known my orders would not be available to pick up in the store soon after I ordered, I would have gotten different items. I purposefully got certain items thinking I'd be able to get them the same day. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have seen.

I was at the register looking for my credit card as the cashier rang me up the manger sandy walks over and tells me to pull my mask up I informed her that I have a letter from my doctor who exempt from wearing a mask but I keep it near my mouth and will cover my mouth if anyones near just to be courteous and not cause a seen she replies well thats why theres on line shopping she said it in such a nasty tone not to mention if u watch the video you can see the employee was behind this huge plexi glass and the other shoppers were on line no where near me I got so upset because everyone turned around when she made her comment I dont like to cause seems so I told the cashier sorry but Im leaving and I left . Earlier I was shopping an employee approached me asked if I wanted a dressing room and I told her about the mask I told her I had a letter but I still will put it on my mouth when people are near she was so nice and didnt cause. Seen she said just make sure you keep your doctors letter handy just Incase . I have 26 nodules in my lungs I can die if I catch the covid and I understand that and get tested once a week to stay ahead if godforbid I do get it I have 6 family members and none of us have caught it my son wears xxl tee shirt they didnt have any that he liked on line and thats why I went to the store which you had 8 I was so happy to find them obviously I know theres on line shopping and you didnt have any in his size this is why I went to the store I didnt need for the manger sandy to cause a seen and speak to me in that tone I live in Oceanside so the people in that store shopping are my neighbors and I actually had a friend call me and ask if I was ok she was upset too at no point in time did sandy ask to see my letter all she did wAs continually attack me about my mask which by the way I had my head down looking in my bag so it would cover my mouth it only uncovered if I lift my head . I called and asked for her name was put on hold then told her name because they had to ask before giving me her name I called cooperate a mAn names lance answer he was so professional and was able to calm down and he actually listen I am greatful for him He told me to call back during business hours I havent been able to get anyone on the line as of yet . But I honestly I still dont understand why she felt the need to say something to me while Im already being rung up pose no threat to anyone and need to cause a seen why didnt she approach me sooner and ask to see my doctors letter ? It seem like she just wanted to be combative I will not shop in your Oceanside store again because luckily I have manners and control and refused to engage with her as she continued to talk I actually just tuned her out as she continued to lecture me about online shopping I could have easily told her umm air head if they had the tee shirts on line I wouldnt be here but then it just would have escalated. She needs to go back to a training class and learn how to speak to your shoppers and come down from her power trip!

so.....,, you sent the wrong size shorts ......, they were not the sizes marked ...... even thought they were marked different sizes they were all the same size. I have lots of your bottoms ....... these were not the sizes marked. so ...... Find a paying for a pair of shorts that are way too big because I already opened them and I could not return them and as well I had to pay return shipping after you sent the wrong size. In short I paid for your errors

Kicked out of American Eagle

I and three of my friends were shopping at American Eagle, we were all wearing masks and I was standing in a corner alone on my Cell Phone responding to my moms call when Joy Begallia approaches me and tells me to put my mask over my nose and I turned around and asked her if she was just going to stand there and hold my hand while I do it and she said it's the law and I told her that she also needed to put her mask over her nose as well and then she said then leave because we can't accommodate you and she kicked me out. I put the mask over my nose I said some choice words to her and left the store and when my friends (had nothing to do with it was denied service as well) she told her subordinate not to serve them and kicked them out as well.

I was wearing a cultural mask (I'm black) and my friends are also minorities. The way the world is now people should try to be more understanding and respectful. I was approached by her Co-workers and they apologized to me for her actions as well as to the other shoppers that witnessed our interaction. I don't expect to be treated any differently than any other person who is spending money in that store.

I hope you take this complaint seriously because you've lost customers due to her lack of professionalism. Thank you!

I no more walked into your store today, at St. Louis Premium Outlets Suite # 829, where the girl at the door told me to pull my mask over my nose, I pulled it up but as I was talking to my son, it fell down again, not even giving me a chance to react another employee approached me and told me to pull it up again thats when I got very upset.

I get its your policy, I also read the sign going in about it being on the nose and mouth but reacting before I even got 10 feet in the door after I did what I was told not my fault it fell down, its the way this mask is made.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK INTO YOUR STORES AGAIN!!! Again I get its your policy but the employee kept stalking me as I was making sure my hand was on it the entire so it wouldnt fall down again so I left, AND WONT BE BACK!!

As I am sure you know, cropped jeans are becoming the newest fad in fashion. People want them. Unfortunately, after waiting in an hour-long line due to Covid-19, I was finally able to enter the store to try some on and see what size fits best. Sadly, AE is run by a pack of *** and have made cropped jeans be an online-only item. Oh well, I thought; I guess I will have to buy some online. Unfortunately, there were zero pairs in my size 32x32 (one of the most common sizes). After a couple of weeks of checking, I finally found two pairs that I assume fit (I cannot confirm since I couldn't try them on, as they are bafflingly an online-only item). I placed my order, and after waiting for over two weeks which is ridiculous by 2020s standards; my package finally arrived. Except, it wasn't my package. Instead of the jeans that I ordered, my package was filled with two pairs of swimming trunks that were beyond ugly, and wouldn't fit anyways. I called in and was told that I would be on a less than 5-minute hold. Thankfully, 15 minutes later, the hold ended. The person on the phone was nice, and at least tried. Sadly, the only option was to refund my money and reorder the correct item again. Except they are all still sold out of literally every pair of cropped jeans. Thankfully, as a token of AE's "goodwill," I got a free 20% off of my next purchase. Unfortunately, I doubt that there will be a "next purchase." Which is infuriating, because the jeans I bought were 60% off. So now, I am going to have to wait to get what I want, and by the time that they are in stock, the sale will more than likely be over. I am going to have to pay 40% more upon reordering than when I originally ordered them. We are on the brink of an economic collapse, and this is how you feel like a business should be run? You're telling me that there is literally no way for me to get what I ordered, except for checking the available online inventory? Every time I am in the store there are literally hundreds of "dad jeans" and "bootcut" jeans on the racks, and yet there isn't even a spot for the "online-only" cropped jeans. Newsflash, nobody wears bootcut jeans in 2020. Literally, this entire experience has been *** to the maximum. The only competence that I experienced through this entire situation was the call representative employee. She at least sounded like she gave a *** Sadly, it seems like nobody else does. On the survey below, I am marking a 5 star on customer service for the call center representative. I do not wish for her to get in trouble, as it was not her fault, and she knew what she was doing. As a company, the customer service has been horrendous.

Needing help from human resources

Hi iam presley buchanan and i was hired by aeo in montgomery al in march of 2020 went through orientation and put on schedule the next week when everything closed down because of covid19 and i have not been able to find employment since and it has been vary hard on my mother and i she is a single parent. I am needing a paper faxed to Chree.allen@***.alabama.gov giving the date that i was not going to be put on schedule because of the covid 19. Thank you so much for your time.

Customer relations

My wife and I went into American eagle located in Dothan Al mall we were greeted and told to make sure we keep our mask over both nose and mouth and there was also a sign. While in the store I observed we were the only African Americans in the store and the only ones told about our mask all others coming after us were white and nothing was said to them. I used to be fanatic about this brand but never again and will encourage and stress to everyone I know not to spend their hard-earned money with this brand. Any type of racism is not acceptable sad to see a good brand name is affiliated or accepts this type of behavior.
